Quick lunch with beetroot hummus

Serves: 1-4

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal bread - as many slices as you need
  • BEETROOT TABLE HUMMUS 1 pac
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 bunch of fresh arugula
  • Feta cheese: 1 pac
  • Black cumin seed: 1 pack

Vegetarianoption

Wash the arugula and finely dice the feta cheese. Generously spread the beetroot hummus on the slices of bread to create a uniform pink layer. Your sandwiches will not only be tasty but also become the focus  of your Instagram  page. Place the feta cheese cubes prepared earlier on the hummus. Finally, decorate them with luscious green arugula. It’s ready! You probably haven’t tastedsandwiches likethis before.

Veganoption

Wash the arugula, then gently peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices. Generously spread the BEETROOT TABLE HUMMUS on the slices of bread. Place the sliced avocado on the hummus and sprinkle it with black cumin seeds. Top it with the arugula.

Gently wrap the sandwiches in sandwhichpaper and put them in a glass container to enjoy their taste and freshness anytime
