Crispy croutons with grilled vegetables

  • a few pieces of bread
  • 1 large zucchini
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 packs of hummus classic Perla TABLE FOODS
  • 1/2 lime
  • coarse salt
  • pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a handful of your favorite sprouts


Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut bell pepper into dices, zucchini into thin slices, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Prepare a marinade in a bowl. Combine the oil with lime juice, salt, and pressed garlic. Cover thoroughly the vegetables with the marinade and put them on an aluminum tray.  Grill them for about 10 minutes, turning them from time to time to evenly broil them. On a second tray lightly greased with olive oil, place the bread and grill for about 2 minutes. Spread a portion of hummus on the grilled bread, add the prepared vegetables and decorate with your favorite sprouts. You can additionally salt the croutons.
