Stuffed eggs with hummus

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh eggs
  • tomato hummus Perla TABLE FOODS
  • radish sprouts
  • salt, pepper

Preparing

Hard boil the eggs in salted water. Then let them cool. Peel the eggs, cut each in half and remove the yolks. Add a teaspoon of hummus to each of the halves. You can additionally season each half of the egg and decorate it with sprouts. It’s ready!
