GRILLED OLIVES WITH PEPPERS SERVED WARM

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of TABLE ANTIPASTI GREEN OLIVES WITH GARLIC AND HERBS
  • 1 pack of TABLE ANTIPASTI GREEN OLIVES CHILI
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 small yellow pepper
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • olive oil
  • toast (optional)

Preparation

Cut red peppers into thicker strips and yellow peppers into large squares. Pour olive oil into a heated skillet and heat well. Add the chopped peppers and sauté gently, then add the remaining ingredients: green olives Perla TABLE FOODS, garlic and capers. Briefly place all the ingredients on the grill. Serve the prepared vegetables while hot. They taste great with toast.
