  • round wooden board
  • 2 small bowls
  • 1 pack of red peppers with creamy cheese filling
  • 1 pack of honey peppers with creamy cheese filling
  • 1 pack of cherry peppers with creamy cheese filling
  • 1 pack of green peppers with creamy cheese filling
  • 1 pack of green olives with chili marinade
  • 1 pack of whole kalamata olives in garlic-herbs marinade
  • cheese cubes (Cheddar or Gouda)
  • sliced prosciutto and salami
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1 package of crackers
  • 1 dry-cured sausage e.g. Fuet

How to create a simple 2025 New Year’s Eve charcuterie board


1. Prepare your board: Use a round or square wooden board as your base.

2. Form the numbers:

  • Arrange red peppers with creamy cheese filling to create the first “2.”
  • Use honey peppers with creamy cheese filling for the “0.”
  • Shape the second “2” with cherry peppers with creamy cheese filling.
  • Use green peppers with creamy cheese filling to form the “5.”

3. Add small bowls: Place two small bowls on the board. Fill one with olives with chili and the other with kalamata olives.

4. Incorporate cheese and meats: Fill in the empty spaces around the numbers with cheese cubes and rolled slices of prosciutto and salami. Arrange them in small clusters for visual appeal.

5. Add grapes and crackers: Place a bunch of grapes in one corner for a fresh, sweet element. Add crackers on the side for texture and crunch.
