Vegetarian skewers with TABLE ANTIPASTI for family barbecue

Ingredients

  • TABLE ANTIPASTI - CHERRY PEPPERS STUFFED WITH CHEESE
  • TABLE ANTIPASTI - HONEY PEPPERS STUFFED WITH CHEESE
  • TABLE ANTIPASTI - BLACK AND GREEN OLIVES WITH CHEESE CUBES
  • TABLE ANTIPASTI - GREEN PEPPERS STUFFED WITH CHEESE
  • fresh basil
  • white sesame seeds or other seeds to decorate
  • bread – of your choice
  • Skewer sticks

Preparation

For starters, have a  a sharp knife at hand. Thanks to it, the peppers will not wrinkle while being diced.Before skewering the peppers, it is a good idea to prick the skin with a knife, carefully cutting the peel. Cut the TABLE ANTIPASTI honey and green peppers into two rings, while TABLE ANTIPASTI olives and cherry peppers will work best when whole. Skewer  all the colourful vegetables and cheese from the olives and intertwine with basil leaves. There are many colour combinations, it all depends on your creativity and the colours of the team you support. Place the finished skewers on a plate or board and sprinkle with sesame seeds (you can replace it with other grains according to your taste). Your vegan skewers go great with bread.
