TOASTS WITH OLIVE TAPENADE

Ingredients

  • WHEAT BAGUETTE
  • 1 pack of TABLE ANTIPASTI KALAMATA OLIVES
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or chopped parsley leaves
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 anchovy fillet (optional)
  • 1 pack of TABLE ANTIPASTI GREEN OLIVES WITH GARLIC AND HERBS
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or chopped parsley leaves
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 anchovy fillet (optional)

Preparing

PREPARATION

Slice the baguette crosswise, drizzle it with olive oil on both sides and gently brown it in a dry heated pan.

KALAMATA OLIVE TAPENADE PERLA TABLE FOODS

Place all the ingredients (except garlic) in a bowl and blend together. Add the previously pressed garlic. Mix or blend thoroughly and spread on the browned slices.
