Preparation 40 min.
In a large pot, boil approx. 2 litres of salted water. Put a serving of fusilli into the boiling water. Cook according to packet instructions until the pasta is soft, stirring occasionally. Drain the cooked pasta.
At the same time, heat the olive oil in another pot. Chop the garlic and add it to the hot olive oil, then fry it for a bit over low heat, stirring continuosuly . Cut the mushrooms into medium slices, then place them in the pot and fry with garlic until they release their liquid
Add a few tablespoons of CLASSIC TABLE HUMMUS and water to the pot with garlic and mushrooms. Mix everything thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water. Add the quartered cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, add cooked pasta and…..And PRESTO, it’sready!
You can serve the pasta with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
