Burger with Natural TABLE HUMMUS – such a combination is possible only with us

Serves: 1-2 (if you want to share it with more, get proportionally more ingredients)

  • Beef 200 g
  • Peanuts 40 g
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sesame seeds 40g
  • Half of bunchcilantro
  • Sunflower seed oil 100 ml
  • Red cabbage 150 g
  • 1/4 kohlrabi
  • ½ carrot
  • 1 egg
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Mango pulp 100 ml
  • Mustard
  • Lemon


Gently mix the minced meat with NATURAL TABLE HUMMUS, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and somebreadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sriracha sauce (note that the sauce is hot, use wisely).

As a dip you can prepare mango mayonnaise . Mix one egg yolk with mango pulp, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. When mixing, slowly add sunflower oil until you get a smoothmayonnaise-like consistency.

Chop the carrots and cabbage or cut them into thin sticks and mix them with mango mayonnaise and chopped cilantro. Crush the peanuts and roast them in a pan. Divide the meat, previously mixed with Natural TABLE HUMMUS, into portions and shape into burgers; then gently place them on a pre-heated pan. Fry until the desired level of browning is achieved. Brown the rolls on the inside and assemble your burger with hummus. First the burger, then the salad, sprinkle with roasted and crushed peanuts on top, a few drops of Sriracha and it’s ready.

The dish contains: cereals containing gluten, sesame seeds, peanuts, eggs, mustard.

Our quick idea to use the remaining of the Natural TABLE HUMMUS. When you eat our burger, you won’t feel hungry anymore, so leave the hummus for the next day. Put it on a sandwich with wholemeal bread, radish, and sprouts. An idea for a delicious breakfast.
