Antipasto skewers with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, ham, and olives

Ingredients

  • baguette or bread slices
  • green olives or black olives from Perla Full of Goodness
  • mozzarella
  • ham
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Preparing

Prepare baguette or bread slices, which will be the base of the antipasto skewers. You can broil them. Drain the green and black olives and cut them into thin slices or half. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces or use ready-made small mozzarella balls. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into half. Place a piece of baguette on a toothpick first, then your favorite ham or vegan meat substitute, mozzarella, and two Perla TABLE FOODS olives. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Finally, pour a little olive oil over the antipasto skewers.
