I consent to the processing of my personal data, such as: first name, last name, business name, telephone, e-mail address or other personal data provided in the field “Message content” in order to familiarise oneself with the message sent and answer it.

In order to send the message, it is required to provide the first and last name and e-mail.

• Purpose of data processing: getting acquainted with the content of the message by the Data Controller and answering it.
• Basis for the processing of personal data: Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
• Personal data will not be transferred to other recipients.
• Providing such data is voluntary.
• Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to answer the question or until the consent to the processing is withdrawn.
• I am aware of my right to access, rectify, erase or restrict my personal data or to object to the processing and the right to data portability.
• I am aware of my right to withdraw my consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawn.
• I am aware of my right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
• I have been informed that the data I have provided will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
